Rate My Fulfillment Partner
FIELD GUIDE

Rate your fulfillment partnership with useful evidence

Your experience with a fulfillment partner matters. A personal scorecard becomes more useful when each assessment points to a specific interaction or result.

Keep a short issue record

Write down what happened, when you raised it, who responded, and how it ended. Include successful recoveries as well as unresolved problems. A pattern is more informative than one unusually good or bad day.

Use the scorecard in a conversation

Choose a few priorities to review with the account team. Explain what improvement would look like and agree on a follow-up date. The tool is for your working relationship, not an unverified public rating.

Keep an evidence trail

For each assessment, record the requirement, the supporting example or document, the date, and the unresolved questions. Distinguish a published capability from an account-specific demonstration. Mark missing information as unknown. Where you use a numerical score, explain the meaning of the scale and the reason for the weight. Your notes should make it possible to revisit a conclusion when the proposal or operating conditions change.

Agree on how the teams will work

Use the brief to start a conversation with the people responsible for the account. Discuss where questions go, who owns a difficult answer, and how updates reach your team. Write down the arrangement in language both sides understand. The goal is a working agreement that still makes sense on a busy day, when the usual contact is unavailable or an order needs attention.

Use this question in your next meeting:
What would someone need to see to reach the same conclusion?
